As you enter the apartment there is an entry hall leading into a cozy living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a table on wheel, and a television/ video set.
There is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests.
The American style kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with deep freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a meat grill,and a blender.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (5 feet 1/4), two bedside tables, a shelf, a three-door wardrobe, a desk,and a chair.

The second bedroom has hideaway beds to be used either as a queen-size bed or as two separate single beds, a extra single bed, a wardrobe with two doors, chairs and shelves.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a tub and overhead shower behind a curtain. The WC is separate.

Other amenities include: cable TV, entertainment channels, unlimited broadband internet connection with DSL, a CD-radio, washing machine and dryer.

Although the neighborhood is busy, the apartment is very quiet since it is located on the the 3rd floor (with elevator) and is overlooking an inner courtyard.
