Hi Pat,

We had a GREAT time in Paris. The apartment was as cute as could be and I would definitely recommend your company to family, friends, or even strangers!!!!

With that being said, we did have a few suggestions for the apt.

1-put some more plates, cups, glasses and silverware in the kitchen and move the pots out to the side board in the dining room. It was tiresome having to constantly go back and forth, and I never used the stove anyway.

2-Although the limo service people were very friendly, they spoke less English than I do french. And I don't speak French.

3-have more restaurants listed in the apt. folder. When we arrived, it seemed we were kind of on the fringe of the area, and we were there for a couple of days before we really 'discovered' the charming parts of the Marais.

We really did have a glorious time and thanks for the ballet ticket info. It was magnificent!

Our overall experience was great. Everyone was easy to get a hold of from beginning to end.

It was great having a French contact for advice. We loved the location of our apartment. The only comment I would add is that the house was missing some basic necessities that I think should have been supplied. It was a little bit of a bummer having to run out for toilet paper, etc.

It was a minor problem compared to all the great service; I would definitely recommend you to others.

Dear Jamie,

We had a lovely time in Paris. The weather was very cold but the apartment was comfortable and very convenient. We walked for miles and the girls (16 year olds) got to see all the art they had been studying at the various museums. Olga was very helpful and got us settled in. It was good to have someone show us how the various appliances worked. We have had some difficult experiences with European appliances! Thanks again for facilitating a memorable week.

Just a belated word to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Rue de Birague. Your assurances about the comfort of the beds in the living room were right on target, by the way. My children tell me that they were even more comfortable than the specially-purchased orthopedically-approved mattresses that I bought for their beds at home!

We had a lovely time and only wish that we could have stayed longer. I have given your website address to a number of people here in the Boston/Cambridge and Philadelphia area. We look forward to the time when we can be repeat customers!

PS: what do you guys charge to look after a flat in Paris? (We’ve got a dream in the future of owning one, and I’m interested in what your rates are and how they're assessed). No hurry, but just curious!

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment and the fact that it had both a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We enjoyed being able to shop and make some of our meals at home. The fellow who met us with keys was very pleasant and helpful. We found that the furniture in the living room was quite rickety (Paris for Rent Update - July 2005: the furniture has been fixed by the owner) but the apartment was clean and the location was fantastic.

I would definitely recommend your service to anyone who is travelling to France.
