The large air-conditioned living room, set on the diagonal, is a great place for relaxing after a long day. Ample seating for you and your guests include a couch with down wrapped cushions, oversized Bergére chair, a fully reclining leather club chair, an antique game table with extra seating that can be repositioned as needed within the room.

The centerpiece of the room is the working fireplace with antique wood mantel from the south of France.

The dining room has a beautiful glass topped table resting on a stone pedestal base with room to seat eight. Lighted niches, with glass shelves display all manner of objects including champagne flutes and wine glasses provided for your use. This room is separated by a granite table bar from the open plan kitchen.

The galley style kitchen has all new appliances including oven, microwave, stove top,a Miele refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, stainless steel sink, and coffee/ espresso machine with milk steamer for perfect lattes. Taupe walls and creamy white crown molding compliment the Granite counter tops. A unique backsplash in shades of eggplant, citron green and raspberry round out the look of this modest, but clever kitchen.

The antique French bed with pillow top mattress is the centerpiece of the master bedroom. Color coordinated 600 thread count bedding with duvet make every sleep dreamy. The country French 19th century armoire provides ample storage for hanging clothes as well as shelves for folded items and the color TV.

The ensuite master bathroom has a deep, glass encased tub, large oval sink and walls of cool celadon. With a towel warmer and complimentary bath products, you will be pampered by its spa-like design.

The second bedroom has its own bathroom, sophisticated French bedding, a clothing valet and dresser and the bonus of an additional room with custom built Double sized Murphy bed, lighted vanity, closet and drawer space.

Please note: the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, nor is it suited for guests with walking disabilities! (Its ten steps down from the elevator). It is also not suitable for children under the age of 12.
