This 3rd floor 650 sq.ft. apartment is accessed by coded entry gate.
It has two elevators and an elegant curved staircase.
In the main room the masculine furniture is by Ligne Roset, and includes a handsome leather slipper chair in red, a leather sofa and table and chairs - all sleek and black and very modern.
The bedroom has a very comfortable King sized bed with a leather headboard. The bed is furnished with 400 T/C linens in lovely shades of cocoa and celadon, blanket, down pillows and comforter. The bedroom also has large freestanding closet with sliding white glass door (also by Ligne Roset) and an antique chest of 4 drawers.
You will love the large showerhead in the glass/limestone shower and Phillipe Stark sink in the bathroom.
The apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect. It includes Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, granite counter with induction cook top, 32” Samsung LCD TV and DVD with CNN and BBC, high-speed wireless Internet service and free telephone calls to the USA.
