Description
This newly renovated 1000 sq/ft apartment sleeps up to 6 people in its three bedrooms. It enjoys views in three directions with a stunning vista of the Invalides, a masterpiece of French Classical architecture. Built by Bruant from 1671 to 1676, then by Mansart, it is one of the most photographed buildings in Paris.
The entrance leads to a large living-room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. There is Mac with DSL access. The other bedrooms can be accessed through a corridor. A balcony equipped with a French cafe table and two chairs is located off of the living room. The furnishings, including a comfortable sofa, 2 footstools, 2 coffee tables, a TV with DVD player, and a stereo.
The kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for 4, and is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dish washer, toaster and coffee maker). The living room contains a more formal dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a closet. The windows overlook the Invalides. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom is perfect for two children. Is has two single beds a play station and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bathtub and two washbowls. There is a separate WC with a washbasin.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
There is a maid service (3 hours, 3 times weekly included in the rental price).

Located on a very nice boulevard lined with trees facing the Hotel des Invalides and the tomb of Napoleon, this apartment is just 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower on foot.
The ideal location makes it easy to take a stroll along the Seine River , to walk to Saint Germain des Prés or to enjoy the fashionable rue Montaigne and its trendy boutiques.
The lively open-air daily market of the pedestrian rue Cler is just 200m away. There are many restaurants is the neighborhood. The nearest metro station is 100m away.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century building equipped with a digital access lock and an elevator.
