The living room of this charming Paris apartment rental is in high color, like a flushed cheek, in shades of rose and cinnamon.
The entrance leads to this comfortable room with parquet floors, oriental rugs, tapestry armchairs, overstuffed sofas and fine antiques.
Its south-facing balcony decorated with plants and furnished with a simple table and chairs is a quiet and private spot to take in the beauty of Paris’ rooftops. It gets especially quiet after 8:30PM and on Sundays when the street it overlooks is closed to non-resident pedestrian traffic.
The dining room can accommodate 6 guests. With its rich, wood furniture and lush textiles, it a pleasure to dine in this room’s genial warmth.
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with wood cabinets and white tile floors. Appliances include a four-burner electric stove, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, American-style two-door refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker and toaster. For breakfast there is a small table for two.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Furnished with antiques, this room is also equipped with a television and VCR. French doors open onto a small balcony. Outside the bedroom is a modern bathroom with a tub, hand-held shower and a WC.
From the living room winding wooden library stairs leads to the upper floor and the second bedroom, an annex for two. It has a desk and office chair should you, sadly, need to accomplish anything work related during your stay. This room has twin beds that can be combined to form a king-sized bed. Note: the sleeping area is not closed.
Next to this bedroom is a second bathroom with a tub but no WC.
Separate toilets are located off the living room.

The Opera-Vendome district is undoubtedly Paris as you usually imagine it.
Wide avenues, designed by Baron Haussmann, showcase all the opulence and luxury of the city. This apartment is located steps away from the high-end shopping area of rue du Faubourg St.-Honoré, home to some of Paris' most prestigious couturiers and boutiques.
The famous Church of La Madeleine, along with cafés, florists and cheese shops of the Place de la Madeleine are less than a block away.
The apartment is situated in a pedestrian-only street that extends between rue Royale and rue Boissy d'Anglais.
