Bonjour Pat,

We received our deposit refund today. Thank you very much. We all had a great time in Paris. The apartment was beautiful; we especially enjoyed the balcony. We appreciated getting to know a new area in Paris, although we missed our old neighborhood in St. Germain. The pick-up from the airport and drop-off to the train station made life much easier for us--very convenient and worth any extra cost. Thank you for your advice on this. I think the washing machine repair was resolved to everyone's satisfaction, and Carl has agreed to take more clothes with him the next time in order to avoid further incidents.

Nicholas was very helpful, but we especially thank you for everything you did to make our trip to Paris wonderful.

I just wanted to let you know how perfect our apartment was in Paris last week! We loved the beautiful place, and every morning we woke up feeling like true Parisians! We did not get to leave the owners a note, but please pass on to them how lovely their place is, and how much we loved the privacy and charm of Cite Berryer.

I'd like to say again we had a very pleasant stay there.

We have been in Paris many times, always in hotels and when I decided to stay in an apartment, some people tried to discourage me to deal that by internet, but I had like a "sixth-sense" about your apartment and my intuition was not wrong.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in it, this was an absolute great experience which we would love to repeat again!

We are from Sao Paulo but living in the center of Brazil in a very nice city near of Brasilia, the capital, and we have also a very beautiful house on a still wild peaceful and safe beach in the northeast with many kilometers of unspoiled white sand beaches and dunes.

By the way, if by chance you need sometime a "change of air", a "change of scene", it's a wonderful place to relax!!

It will be a pleasure for us to meet you there or maybe if someday you come to Brazil.
