This bright, airy, spacious one and half bedroom apartment rental is on the 7th floor of a Latin Quarter classic building, accessible by elevator.
Many windows offer warm light and fresh breezes, perched as it is above one of Paris most tantalizing neighborhoods.

You enter through a long corridor paved in original warm Terra Cotta tiles.
A window above the sink gives the kitchen a nice natural light. Fully quipped with oven, stove, microwave oven, half-fridge and washer-dryer. A pass through bar area leads to the dining table for four.

In the living room are a brand new sofa bed that sits two guests, armchairs, stereo, TV, fireplace and antique desk and chair.

The tastefully appointed bedroom, which sleeps two is at the end of the corridor. In the living room a pull out sofa provides convertible sleeping for an additional two guests.
An additional single bed may be used as a sofa or as a single bed for one extra guest.
A walk-in closet gives the space to store personal items and the bathroom has a combination shower/tub, sink and toilet.
