This Opera-Vendome loft was converted from a commercial printing house originally constructed in the 1780’s. Accessible via a private courtyard, this exceptional 4500 sq/ft 3 bedroom loft apartment is laid out on two levels under soaring 27 foot ceilings. Original mezzanines in the style of Gustave Eiffel, floating passageways and multi-level bridges dramatically split this voluminous space.
Multiple skylights and a cathedral window dramatically illuminate the space by day. A designer kitchen with a movable bar overlooks two lounge areas from a step up from the main floor. One of these has its own home cinema!
The master bedroom has balcony access and a large bathroom (including sunken over-size bath and rain shower).
The guest bedroom enjoys access to a private bathroom; the office/guest bedroom has access to its own balcony. The third bedroom has its own access to a balcony and is furnished with a double sofa bed, cable TV, DVD, stereo and hardwood floor.
Down a helix of steps you will find, the ultimate in luxury, your own gym, with dry sauna and exercise equipment.
Other amenities include air-conditioning, DSL WIFI Internet access, dishwasher, washer, dryer, phone, stereo, cable TV, VCR, spa and gym facility, balcony. The state of the art in-home entertainment system includes: surround stereo sound, 18 feet automated projection screen, DVD and premium cable TV, and a Bose Stereo
