Notre Dame Charm is a spacious one-bedroom loft apartment centrally located just one block from the Seine and only a few steps from the cathedral of Notre-Dame.
The apartment has all the typical Paris features you could dream of: wood beams, wooden oak floor, stone wall and three full-length windows and small balconies at every window. It has been fully remodeled in 2011 by a wonderful architect, who preserved all the old features, added some fabulous touches of his own, and installed a level of comfort rarely found in Paris rental properties. The harmony of color in blue and some family objects contributes to create an atmosphere of elegance and refinement.

The primary entrance to the apartment is on the first floor and leads to an open living and dining area. The living room has a generously sized yet casually styled large blue sofa together with two elegant and comfortable blue velvet arm chairs. In addition, a handsome chest with two center-front panels looks like it might be out of the Medieval Paris. The chest contains a CD player with an eclectic selection of jazz, classic and Parisian music. On this chest you will also find a Samsung TV with an ultra flat screen offering 180 different channels.
Phone calls to US and most European landlines are free, and there is an unlimited internet Wi-Fi access. A nice collection of guidebooks on Paris and France will inspire you during your stay.

The modern kitchen next to the spacious dining room with a wooden dining table that seats six, will help you to produce gourmet meals. The contemporary-design-style kitchen comes fully equipped, with dishwasher, a four-burner electric stove top, microwave and regular ovens, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster and all pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. With the washing and dryer machine in your apartment, you can have clean, fresh clothing during all your stay.

The “alcôve” bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and in the mezzanine a queen-size bed offers additional accommodation, making this an ideal unit for one or two couples – or for a small family up to four. Because of the open, interior, staircase, children under 4 years are not permitted.

The apartment is on a quiet street, but right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood with an abundance of cafés and restaurants, shops and cinemas and also just minutes from the Pantheon, la Sorbonne, Notre-Dame, the Seine, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Jardin des Plantes.
