Located on the sixth floor of an 18th century building (with elevator) this charming and quiet 2-level air-conditioned apartment is located in the heart of Historical Marais.

The living-area is furnished with a comfortable full-size sofa-bed, armchairs, dresser, CD player, a desktop computer with DSL, and a telephone.

The dining-area has a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen area opens up to the dining/living area,and is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, fridge, and all necessary ustensils (toaster, coffee-machine, etc.)

On the 2nd floor the bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, TV, telephone and closet. The bathroom is fully accessorized including a combination shower/tub, a washing-machine, and toilet.
