Hi Pat,

Well we are back home now, missing Paris already. Thanks so much for recommending the Marais neighborhood. It was perfect!!! And Joseph was waiting for us and Amare came by when we were leaving and called us a taxi to take us to the train station to get our car.
The apartment was very cozy and the location was great. We loved the market across the street and the metro was so easy. Paris is a great city and the Eiffel Tower at night is amazing. And the Dordogne Valley was more beautiful than I ever imagined especially with the fall colors. Thanks for all your help with our trip. Will you send back our deposit now? Also, can you tell Amare that he can erase our pictures from the computer at the apartment? He let us keep them on the computer in case our camera was stolen, but all got home safely. I was so surprised at how safe Paris was and how friendly the people were to us.
It was a great trip. I will let others know about your service.

Bonjour Capucine,

We had a wonderful visit to Paris and our apartment, Place Bourg 5, was great. It was so close to the places we wanted to visit; we could walk to many of them. Being near to Hotel De Ville also was helpful when we took the Metro. We were meet by Lucas who found us even thought we weren't at the correct address. He explained how everything in the apartment worked. He was helpful and kind. There were lots of good places to get meals and bread right by the apartment, and we found a fantastic vegetarian restaurant nearby (La Victoire Supreme du Coeur) a bonus for my vegetarian husband. We would recommend this apartment to our friends.

We had a wonderful vacation in Paris, in large part due to our stay at your apartment at rue Bourg-Tibourg. The location was excellent, allowing us to eat at wonderful bistros, boulangeries, and the Wed/Sat market just out our door, as well as to access museums and sites of interest on foot. All the amenities in the apartment were quite satisfactory and thoughtfully prepared for a visitor from a foreign country. I appreciated the overall cleanliness, the ample supply of clean bedding and towels, the comfort of the beds, and the pleasant décor.

We will most certainly use your service again when we return to France, and we will refer you to our travel agent as well as our friends and family visiting France.

Hi Patrick,

We are back in the States after having had a wonderful vacation visiting London and Paris. Just wanted to let you know that our apartment Place du Bourg-Tibourg was perfect for us. We enjoyed every minute in Le Marais and greater Paris, since we were within walking distance to so many fabulous places. Our apartment was cozy and well-appointed and always nice to go back to after hours of walking and seeing the sites! The TV with the BBC channel, the computer with Internet and the telephone were huge plusses for us. The shower, too!

Josie was also very nice.

Thank you for your always prompt attention to our communications. It made the whole process so nice. We will definitely go to Paris for Rent when we return to Paris!

It was a very quaint apartment and it served our needs well.

Josie was great helping us get our many suitcases into the apartment and being only a phone call away if we needed her. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Elevator is the smallest I have ever seen, but it worked!

The area was lovely and close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to others and use your services again. It was great to have the phone also.

I don't think anything could have been improved upon - well maybe a smoke detector would be nice - I didn't see one, at least not in the bedroom. It is an old building and I did think about "what if there was a fire ..." other than that, nothing. Thanks! "

My wife and I stayed at two different apartments in 2006.
The first was the Vertus apartment in March and the second was the Place Bourg apartment in November.

Both apartments were very warm and comfortable despite the chilly weather outside, and both had very convenient locations. The Place Bourg apartment has a perfect central location, within easy walking distance of many of the most beautiful parts of Paris, and the Vertus apartment is spacious and has a charming interior.
Most impressive of all was the excellent service both from the staff at Paris for Rent's U.S. office and from the greeters in Paris. On our first trip, I left behind some cash in the apartment, which Paris for Rent recovered for me.

On the second trip, we had all kinds of trouble on our flight over, so that we didn't end up arriving at the apartment until very late, but Josie was there waiting for us, and then the next day she helped us to recover our lost luggage!

I highly recommend Paris for Rent for the quality of the accommodations and for their very pleasant and helpful staff.

I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your apartment.
The location was ideal; it reminded us so much of our apartment in Trastevere, Rome.

The neighborhood was perfect, the eateries perfect, the bakery, excellent and proximity to everything was perfectly suited to our itinerary. We would perhaps choose a bigger place, but that is about the only thing we would feel we would change.

Paulo asked us to drop a note about our experience in the Paris apartment a couple of weeks ago.

This proved to be a wonderful and very accessible location. Paulo met us there and gave us an extensive introduction to the apartment, which was very helpful.

Everything was clean and orderly, and we appreciated the Paris tour books on the shelves.

Before any more time goes by, I wanted to thank you for your help in renting the apartment (3 Place de Bourg-Tibourg, 6th(?) floor) in Paris at literally the last minute. (I emailed the confirmation to you from an airport computer with a boarding pass in my hand!) Without your quick turn-around, it wouldn't have been possible. I've recommended ParisForRent to everyone who will listen to me. An apartment, especially with the kids, makes it possible to relax and see Paris at one's own pace. Besides, you get to pretend that you live there! Josie was very helpful and always there when we needed her. And the air conditioning, to which I hadn't given a thought, was a lifesaver that week! Twice during the week (Midsummer's night and again for a Gay Pride parade) it was as if the Marais was one, big party lasting until the wee hours. Amazing. The only upsetting episode concerned that miniscule, claustrophobic elevator in the building.
