Upon entering the spacious apartment from the elevator on the 2nd floor (American 3rd floor) the bright & contemporary salon, with its lovely parquet floors, invites you to relax & stay a while. The convertible leather sofa (which unfolds into a bed) is in front the 32” Samsung LCD TV and DVD with CNN and BBC, the high-speed wireless Internet service and free long distance calls to the U.S. and most countries. The beautiful antique dining table seats 4 – 6 people comfortably for afternoon cocktails or for writing your postcards.

The kitchen, with all modern appliances including a large refrigerator, has a small bar with 2 stools where you can enjoy fresh croissants or tea, or a glass of French champagne from the market across the street. Appliances include a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric tea pot, washer/dryer combination. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots as well as dishes and flatware – everything you would need prepare and serve French cuisine.
Down one level is the large bedroom with a small sitting area and a desk. The comfortable queen size bed with cushioned suede headboard is furnished with French linens, blankets, pillows and a comforter. The adjacent room is for dressing & has a large closet with sliding glass doors and a chest of 3 drawers. This leads to the elegant tile & marble tub/shower in the bathroom. There are 2 sinks with storage below, a toilet and a bidet.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to stay in Paris than in Saint Germain des Prés.
