Entering the flat you have on your immediate left a generous bedroom with a queen size bed. The room gives on a quiet court yard. Proceeding forwards into the place you will find on your right a nice bathroom with marble and equipped with a bath tub. Toilets are separate. Following a small hallway you will reach a spacious 450 sqf living and dinning room with three large windows. It includes on the right side an American kitchen bar fully equipped with top of the line modern appliances.
The place is elegantly furnished with original art deco pieces. The owners are dedicated art lovers and art collectors. Indeed the lady of the house is a world renowned artist photographer. They have decorated the flat with exclusive pictures and sculptures.
Finally the apartment offers internet connection, home cinema with flat screen television and iPod connection.
Location
Ile Saint-Louis is like a small village.
You can walk around without feeling the hassle of the congested traffic of a large metropolitan area.
The area offers plenty of nice food stores and small cafés with sunny terraces.
You are within walking distance of many museums and centres of interest; Notre Dame, Beaubourg, Opera Bastille, Le Marais, etc.
From the apartment, you are also at a 5 min walking distance from the Saint Paul metro station or the RER.
