Located in a 17th century building, mixing contemporary French design and ancient Parisian architectural tradition, this apartment is overlooking a private garden. Entering through an ancient paved entryway you access the apartment taking three flights of stairs. The entrance hallway bring you to the bathroom, kitchen and the renovated living room.

Off the living room, the new, fully equipped kitchen has a window facing a small inner courtyard, combination microwave/conventional oven, stone slab counters, cook-top, wood cabinets, refrigerator, and washing machine. Comfortable bedroom with double bed and garden view is accessed from the living room. The full bath is stylishly remodeled with a marble topped sink and a tub with wall mounted shower and a toilet.
