In other words: this holiday rental is so it, so achingly it, you will feel as if you have found a second home.

And what a wonderfully located second home it is. Just step outside to find a beautiful Park, the Seine, and the Notre Dame esplanade awaiting you. In less than ten minutes you can be at both the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre. You couldn’t possibly be any more central. Stay here and Paris will feel seamless.

Stay here and bask in the glory that feels like endless space and endless light. The living area, grandiose and absolute, features beckoning windows, spectacular views, and marvelous ornate ceilings. Look out to gaze at the luscious Viviani Park. Look in to delight in the breathtaking Murano chandelier. With built-in book shelves, a marble fireplace, and exquisite hand-picked Haitian paintings this living room is epic. The magenta sofa perfectly juxtaposes with the soft-colored walls and the black individual chairs.

The dining room feels spacious and inviting, with hard wood floors and divine Brazilian carpeting. The gothic chic picnic-esque dining table serves as a centerpiece of the room. The windows and light continue and on the southernmost wall we see the first hint of luxurious wall paper, a theme that will continue throughout the apartment. The last stop in the common space, the kitchen, is a chef’s dream. Featuring a large fridge, independent freezer, and dishwasher, microwave and oven, this kitchen has everything. There couldn’t be a more perfect place to rustle up your morning breakfast feast.

Each of the three bedrooms features additional Haitian paintings, Brazilian rugs, exquisite wall paper, and an ensuite bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms is thoroughly beautiful. Different room accents include chandeliers, built-in shelving, mirrors, and flat screen televisions.

Each bathroom is a haven onto itself. The master and second bathroom feature sleek dark wood vanity areas and full spa-worthy showers. The third bathroom has an equally indulgent shower bath.

Fantastic

Our apartment was better than we even imagined. Great location, just steps from Notre Dame and close to the Metro. A perfect central location. The apartment was up to date, everything we needed was there. Great to have a washer and dryer. Very quiet at night. Many restaurants and cafes are a short walk away. Two small grocery stores are just around the corner, so it was easy to keep the fridge stocked. Working with the Paris Luxury Rentals team was great. They helped set up our transportation from the airport and they had someone to meet us at the apartment and explain details on the unit. If you plan to go to Paris, you cannot go wrong with staying in this apartment.
