Upscale 3-BR 2-BA Apartment with A/C

Located in a building built in 1663 and on the national historic register, this three-bedroom unit has two levels, unique architectural details, and vibrant colors.

In the main salon, on the lower level, you will immediately take note of the exposed rough-hewn beams and three floor-to-ceiling windows with sheer green and blue curtains. The craftsman wood furniture compliments the rustic look of the original ceiling beams and supplies side chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a small desk.

Also on the lower level is the dining area. Ladder-back chairs surround a round table with supplemental leaves to expand for additional diners. With a couple of Chinese-style artifacts and the wood of the table and chairs, the dining area continues the style of the main salon.

Separated from the main salon by a sliding glass pane door, the kitchen is styled with rustic cabinets, tile floors, and a red and white motif. Fully equipped, the kitchen also includes a small folding table with chair.

The bathroom on the main level has tiled walls, washbasin, and shower.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are distinct and private. The master has a queen-sized bed, build-in closet cabinetry, and freestanding dresser. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The bedrooms have windows, closet space, and contemporary style.

The upstairs bathroom has marble title on the floor and walls, a towel warmer, shower and bathtub, washbasin, and WC. There is also another detached WC.

A transportion easily location at le Marais

My children love this apartment. The merits are as follows: A supermarket at the front gate, a good boulangerie, a Picard two tiny blocks away, Marché Place Baudoyer (every Wednesday and Saturday), the popular Une Glace à Paris Olivier within the block, and easy access to Metro and buses. If you get off metro from RER B (stop Châtelet - Les Halles) and you can walk thorough Le Centre Pompidou to this apartment. With the helpful RATP apps (RATP and Next Stop Paris), you will appreciate the Paris bus system. The famous bus 69 stop is one tiny block away, and bus 69 will take you to the main tourist targets without squeezing with other people. Paris for Rent team do provide helpful check-in and -out. On our eve of checking out, my 10-year-old daughter locked her backpack in the apartment, and the rescue arrived within 15 minutes after my call. We are grateful for the timely help.

“Absolutely the Best Way to See Paris”

We just spent 3 weeks in the Bourg 2 apartment in Paris. Having been to Paris numerous times, but never having stayed in an apartment, we can say unequivocally that this is absolutely the best way to go. The location, in the Marais, is amazing. A very short walk to as many cafes, boulangeries, bistros, metro stops as you could ever need. You simply cannot beat this location. The apartment is fantastic and Paris for Rent is amazingly easy and efficient to work with. At various times during our stay we had guests and yet the apartment never seemed crowded. The beds and bathrooms were great; the kitchen worked perfect. The free wifi and free calls to the USA were an added and greatly appreciated benefit. The washer/dryer worked fantastic. Highly highly recommend this apartment and this company, if you really want to experience Paris!

“Wonderful apartment in a perfect location.”

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this apartment. We had plenty of space for our large group and the location cannot be beat. Upon our arrival, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment, and any minor issues (such as a loss of internet access) were quickly resolved by the owners.
