This traditional apartment sits on the first floor of a 19th century Haussman building. Spacious, elegant and refined, exquisite Italian furnishings meet antique Hungarian hardwood floors joined harmoniously by classic French style.

Light fills the living room through it’s large, planter-lined windows. The sofa stands before a divine Florentine marble coffee table and functioning fireplace, a feature of this lovely room. High-end luxury and modern convenience are the theme of this well-appointed Kitchen. An oven, micro-wave, refrigerator, washer / dryer dishwasher and espresso machine sit on delicate marble mosaic tiles.

The master bedroom is a luxuriant and restful room; here you will find Rubelli curtains and sofa, a quality king-size bed and wonderfully soft, velvety carpeting.

Office / second bedroom This well lit room contains an expansive bookcase, desk and comfy queen size-bed.
