"Excellent penthouse apartment with unique huge rooftop deck, 3 bedrooms (one is small with single twin bed). Well equipped (kitchen, furniture, wifi, linens) and well located, (cafes, restaurants, transport all within a short distance) though we walked all over Paris during our stay. We were met on arrival at apartment by Marie Latecia, who was helpful and friendly. We had no problems or issues while we were there. Highly recommend this agency and this property."

"There is nothing like Paris in June!"5    

I go to Paris twice yearly on business and always rent an apartment, but this was the first time I stayed in the this unit and rented through Paris For Rent and it was everything the photos showed and more. Samantha greeted us and was friendly and briefed us on the apartment and the area and was just lovely. The apartment was very well appointed and we enjoyed the roof deck both during the afternoons and late evenings to relax. I highly recommend both the rental agency and this property, which is centrally located. We will definitely rental again.

"Perfect apartment in Paris"5    

We stayed for 7 nights with 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is perfect in every way. It is just a few steps away from the Metro station (Bastille) and walking distance to many sights. The apartment is located on a small quiet street just off the beautiful but not too busy Boulevard Henry IV. It is on a top floor of a secure building, and is in excellent condition, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, with roof-top terrace with ~ 270 degree views of Paris (mostly towards East/Southeast direction). Check in and check out were efficient and on-time, and everything worked out just perfect.
