An amazing vacation experience!5    

"We had such an amazing experience at both the Madeline Terrace apartment and with the In Haven/Paris for Rent team. Before our arrival the team was in regular contact ensuring we had information about the apartment, and helping to set up transfers to and from the airport. We were met at the apartment upon our arrival and given a tour of the space and a friendly welcome. Additionally thr team checked in periodically during our 10 day stay to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The customer service was excellent and truly gave us peace of mind before and during our vacation. Regarding the apartment, I truly can’t say enough wonderful things. I wanted a view of Parisian rooftops and the terrace didn’t disappoint. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, although we really only used it for breakfast. Two full bathrooms and a half bath ensured that we weren’t bumping into each other getting ready in the morning. A couple of practicalities for slightly spoiled travlellers: thr bedrooms are a good size and have plenty of space to store clothes so you don’t have to trip over suitcases all the time. The elevator in the building is small, but perfect for getting luggage up and down 6 flights of stairs on arrival and departure and for a cozy ride up at the end of the day if you are exhausted. The entire apartment is air condituoned, which was a selling point for us. We’ve been in Europe in the summer without ac and it can be brutal. The weather during our visit was quite cool but we were happy to have it. The metro is literally steps away from the apartment and you can get to almost anywhere in the city on the lines that run through the station, and everything else is within walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend both the apartment and the agency. We will definitely come again!"

Perfect location with professional and responsive team5    

"This apartment is in the perfect location and provides all you need for a lovely visit to Paris. The bedrooms are upstairs and separate from the living room and kitchen, each with their own full bathroom. There is plenty of cupboard space. The balcony runs the length of the apartment and overlooks the magnificent Madeleine Church. Beautiful for coffee and croissant in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! Cafes and bistros abound nearby and of course the shopping in the 8th is just steps away. The host has a team that is extremely professional and responsive to any issues which of course makes the visit easy and stress free ❤️"

"We are comfortably settled and slept well in extremely good beds with great black-out shades... Very clever!
Lovely apartment! Also I’m (again) very impressed with your company’s high level of management... Great towels, shampoos, very good and complete orientation by Leo (très sympathique). You do a very good job!
And it’s such an odd feeling to look out the window at majestic La Madeleine! (We usually stay in the 6th arrondissement)"

Extremely well located. Easy access and very comfortable. Very chic decor with well appointed, modern kitchen. Paris for Rent is a great organization. Emeline in San Francisco is super !!!!!

Ideal location; near-perfect amenities5    

One of the best-equipped and supplied apartments I've ever rented in Paris. Unfortunately for our dodgy knees, the elevator was out of commission for most of our stay but when it did work, this fifth floor apartment was easily accessible. Two modern baths with a half bath near the living room made this a good choice for two couples. The comfortable bedrooms (up on the sixth floor) are air-conditioned as is the main floor (living room/dining/kitchen). The deck overlooking the Madeleine church and square was enjoyed by all. The furnishings and art are not your standard large box store but really quite interesting. Having a metro stop right around the corner made the entire city immediately accessible, though there was much that we enjoyed walking to from such a central area.

The Madeleine apartment is just as bright and beautiful as advertised by the photos and description. The location is central -- walking distance to the Louvre, Grand Palais, Musee d'Orsay and so many other sites -- and the view onto the Madeleine is nearly too good to be true. Despite its central location, and the general bustle of Paris, the apartment feels like a calm retreat where you can relax as if you were at home. One of the best features of the apartment was our agent, Pat Combrisson, whose thoughtful, truthful and conscientious advice helped me find the perfect place. She knows all of the apartments from personal viewings and can advise you too with experience and integrity.
