Located in a turn-of-the-century building and designed by a renowned French architect, this three bedroom apartment is characterized by its one-of-a-kind wood dining room table and its balcony with view of the Saint Germain Market and Saint Germain de Pres neighborhood.
The main salon features blond hardwood floors and two large French doors that open onto the balcony. With a large sectional couch facing a wooden bookshelf and entertainment center, this room can comfortably accommodate many guests. The room is tied together with a large area rug, coffee table, side chair, and artwork.
The open floor plan of the main salon leads you to the dining area. The dining area is stunning with its mandolin-shaped wood table that sits atop blond wood floors and below well-placed track lighting.
The kitchen combines wood and slate to create a sleek and modern glass-topped center bar with barstool seating. The kitchen is well equipped and has been renovated with top-of-the-line Gaggueneau appliances. Two windows and contemporary fixtures provide great lighting.
The quiet and modern master bedroom offers a king-size bed and balcony access with an open view. The room is furnished in mauve and has a bookshelf, side table, and ultramodern clear plastic seating.
The second and third bedrooms are joined together by an extraordinary dual bathroom. On each side of the bathroom there is a WC and washbasin, creating a feeling of two separate bathrooms. Both sides are then linked together by the shower. This modern shower, with its opaque doors, can be entered from either side of the bathroom.
The second bedroom has a single bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be easily converted into a king-sized bed. Both rooms contain ample closet space, large windows, and big comfy cushion chairs.
The second bathroom, which is accessible to all guests, has glass and wood details, dual washbasins, shower, towel warmer, and WC.

This apartment is perfect for a wonderful Left Bank experience in Paris. Situated in the St. Germain des Pres district (6th Arr.), it is close to many amazing restaurants, only a 5-10 minute walk to Luxembourg Gardens, the same distance to 2 different Metro stops and Boulevard St. Germain with its shops and cafes. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the location is. The apartment itself is top notch. It is exactly as pictured on the Paris for Rent website, but the photos don't do justice to the reality. We had a group of 5, including 2 children. The layout and facilities were perfect for us. A full bath next to the master BR and two half-baths, sharing a shower effectively made three full baths, which is a true luxury in Paris. There is a small balcony, which offers the opportunity to watch Paris life go by. It's not large enough for sitting, but very nice nonetheless. In short, our entire group loved the apartment and is was well well situated as a base of touring. My final comment relates to the Paris for Rent (PFR) experience. This is my second rental through PFR and I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality rental in Paris. Their response to my initial inquiry, Franck's effort toward finding us a suitable property, their arrangement of transportation from the airport, the arrival experience with the greeter, their willingness to assist with issues that arose, and the knowledge that someone was there to support us...all of these things made my experience with PFR a positive one. I have rented apartments in European cities ten or twelve times and the performance of Paris for Rent far exceeds any of my other experiences. Definitely A+++Lounge and Cuisine
Enjoy high-speed Internet and cable, Wifi, television, and DVD player. The unit has a washer/dryer, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a balcony, great views, hardwood floors, microwave, and dishwasher. This rental is also protected by an entry code.

Master bedroom with king bed, first guests bedroom with either king bed or two single beds, second guests bedroom with single bed.
First bathroom across master bedroom w/ 2 wash basins, shower and WC. Second bathroom accessible from either guest bedrooms w/ large wash basin, shower and WC. Each bedroom had a built in A/C unit.

Saint-Germain des Prés is located in the center of the famous Left Bank ("Rive Gauche") triangle: Latin Quarter, the Invalides and Montparnasse. Once the hangout for bohemians and intellectuals, this neighborhood has undergone gentrification and is newly chic. Upscale boutiques, art galleries, theatres, well-known restaurants, museums and monuments can be found throughout this district.
