This 3350 sqft. private residence rises six levels and includes a large living room, a dining room including an open kitchen, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two terraces and an interior elevator. Recently finished, the building was set up in a loft-style with white walls and concrete floors and ceilings. On the south side of the building there is a very calm street side, and on the opposite, north-exposed side, the building overlooks a private courtyard.

Bedrooms are located on the first four floors of the residence. On the fifth level you will find the 620 sqft dining area featuring 3m high ceilings, a designer dining table for ten guests, tall white cabinets, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is fully equipped with four gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and ample space and utensils to store, cook, and serve meals for large gatherings. This area is bathed in light thanks to the south exposed 13’ x 8’ wall-to-wall window and an extra north exposed large window. Here, the first 220 sqft. bedroom is fitted out with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a large window. The room also features a private shower-room with a washbasin. The following door serves the second bedroom with a bed for two guests, a closet, and also a bathroom. A French window opens onto a 100 sqft. terrace on the courtyard side.

The third level is almost identical to the second; the bedroom on the street side is very luminous, thanks to the south exposed 13’ x 8’ picture window, but the pleasant bedroom on the courtyard side has no terrace. Both bedrooms are provided with private shower rooms.

On the fourth floor, the first door opens to the 245 sqft. master suite with a queen-size bed, a desk, and 13’ x 8’ wall-to-wall closets. A sliding door gives access to the bathroom which has a bathtub, a washbasin, and a 6.5’ x 3.2’ shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom, a large window facing the courtyard enlightens the 120 sqft. child’s bedroom, which includes a single bed.

Provided with a videophone, the main door on the first level opens to a small hall and to a second door equipped with a security code, which opens to the facing elevator. Every floor has double-glazed windows, and, except the top level, a separate toilet beside the elevator.
