Centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants, is this spacious one bedroom, multi-level apartment. Nestled in a small building that has kept its charm over the centuries with a wooden staircase and exposed beams.
A second floor walkup, the apartment has an open floor plan and ultra modern styling. The kitchen is sleek with black and white details and is fully equipped. At the long white dining table, seat six and enjoy the architectural elements of the room: original wood ceiling beams, accent lighting, and a bright orange railing for contrast and flair. This room also offers a dark gray couch and other artistic touches.
A few steps to the upper level is the central living area. A dark grey couch converts to a sofa bed and sits across from a large screen television and small office space. Windows facing the street provide lots of light while the double panes keep out the sounds of this popular area. The dark curtains and adjustable partition give this room a bit of privacy and separate it from the kitchen and dining areas.
A few steps to the lower level is the bedroom with a queen-size bed, two full closets, and a recessed office space with desk. Enjoy the Paris skyline above your bed and the modern décor of this room. Blackout shades block the sunlight from the windows that brighten the apartment during the day.
The bathroom continues the ultra modern look of the apartment with its square washbasin and tiled shower. Detached WC. The apartment is totally renovated and has all modern appliances and bathroom fixtures.

Our stay at St. Germain des Arts was wonderful. Apartment as described, clean and well designed. Great location with all needed within a block or less. Great service with greeter at door upon arrival and easy check out. This was a great stay and I will book again!This lovely apartment was exactly as described!
"From the first email this company were a delight to deal with. Everything about this charming apartment was exactly as described . We were met on arrival and welcomed with wine and flowers. The apartment is absolutely delightful, very well fitted out with all the necessary items and very warm, clean and comfortable. As some of the reviews have mentioned it can be noisy late into the night as this is a busy street, however it did not bother us at all and we loved the location. The location is ideal for walking to most of the major sights and there is a metro station and bus stop literally a few metres from the front door. Shops, restaurants, fast food and supermarkets abound in the immediate area. We had some issues with the wifi and tv which Paris For Rent persisted with until they were completely resolved. Every message was answered immediately and they followed up constantly. This company is very well organised, serious and a pleasure to work with. Even the car service which they organised to and from the airport was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and this particular gem of an apartment is perfect for a wonderful stay in Paris."The apartment was exactly as pictured, everything was in working order and location was safe and secure!

There is some street noise but it’s easily handled with earplugs if it’s bothersome. You couldn’t ask for a better location—you are mere steps from the Metro and within easy walking distance of so many iconic sights and picturesque neighborhoods. We spent many of our days just pointing ourselves in a direction and rambling through Paris. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris. " Dream central location
