This 1500 sqft. apartment has excellent views over Paris rooftops: to the south you can see it all, from Carrefour de l’Odeon, to the Pantheon, to the Eiffel Tower itself. To the north, expansive windows reveal a panoramic view of Parisian rooftops, the Sacre Coeur, and the Notre Dame. Ideal for four guests, this apartment ensures privacy, as the two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment and each has a private en suite bathroom.

Both the main salon and dining room face the south and so have lots of sunlight through their large windows. Separated by French doors, these two rooms act as the centerpiece to the apartment.

The main salon showcases contemporary art pieces, such as the red and purple Rothko print or the Henry Moore sculpture on the coffee table, and matching plum sofas that are paired with a brown leather reading chair and additional brown leather side chair. The room has high ceilings, original blonde wood parquet floors, and two large French windows with plum curtains. Adds touches include a grand mirror above a decorative mantel, large coffee table, and ultra-contemporary silver lamp.

The formal dining room can open its doors to the main salon, or increase intimacy by closing the double French doors that separate the two rooms. The wooden dining table seats six before another set of French windows. This room also houses contemporary art, a decorative dark marble mantel, and a bold red cabinet.

The well-equipped kitchen, with brand new appliances, has white tiled floors and countertops as well as three large windows. A Nepresso machine as well as an induction stovetop are just some of the amenities.

The apartment also supplies a small den, which can be used as an office space or television room. The den has parquet floors, bookshelves, and a built-in desk with chair.

The master bedroom provides a large king-size bed from which you can gaze out of two large curtained windows with views. The room has antique mirrors and a unique red desk paired with ultramodern chairs, creating an eclectic look. A flat screen TV with satellite and radio/cd/iPod player are there for your convenience. The recently renovated master bathroom is styled in soft taupe and deep browns and features a large bathtub, shower, washbasin, and WC.

The second bedroom has a double bed, parquet hardwood floors, large window, and contemporary art print above the bed. The en suite bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and WC.
