The living area showcases restored, original hardwood floors, wooden ceiling beams, and double French doors. Two black leather chairs also sit across from a stylish settee, which sits below an interior window to the kitchen.

From double doors of the living area, enter the west-facing balcony. Take meals while watching the sunset or enjoy a bird’s eye view of an 18th century convent and its garden across the street as well as the Eglise St. Jacques du Haut Pas, built in 1620.

The kitchen and dining areas are part of an open floor plan with the living room, and feature dinette seating for four, multi-toned tile flooring, and a kitchenette with washer/dryer unit.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with towel warmer, and balcony access. The second bedroom has two large twin beds that can be easily converted to a king size bed.
