This 970 sqft penthouse is located on the 11th and last floor and offers a panoramic view of Paris.

From the Eiffel Tower on one side to horizon on the other side as far as the forest of Chantilly. It is in a building which has a large private garden .

From the entrance you can access on your right , the living-dining room with white marble floor with two couches , a 17th century armchair , a fake fireplace , a stereo ,a television and video player . On the left , an antique 19th century English round wooden table with two armchairs , a piano , a collection of glasses in a cupboard , paintings , and a bookshelf.

The french windows open on a balcony where from you can see the Eiffel Tower and the garden .

The kitchen is small but functional with all amenities . The bedroom has a king size bed , two bookshelves , a large television ( cable ) , an antique desk and also open on the balcony .

You can see the Eiffel Tower when you are lying in the bed , the garden ( it's very quiet ) and be woken up by birdsong !

The bathroom with marble floor has a separate shower , a large bathtub and a very beautiful view .
WC is separate .
