Marais Sicile is located in the heart of Le Marais, the oldest and most charming district of Paris. Situated on the rue du Roi de Sicile, an historique street dating back to the 13th century. The apartment is ideally located with a short walking distance to all major attractions and shopping areas.
Just around the corner is the Hotel de Ville (City Hall) and the metro stop named after this city landmark. Notre Dame Cathedral is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the left bank of Paris is also easily accessible by foot or public transportation.
Le Marais District offers some of the best shopping and dining experiences Paris has to offer and is famous for its eclectic, bohemian style.

This 760 square foot apartment is located on the top floor with elevator access to 4th floor, then a few steps up to the loft style apartment. The apartment is flooded by natural lighting thanks to the skylights and has picturesque views of the neighborhood rooftops.

The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed (the 2nd bedroom bed can slit into twins) and each bedroom has plenty of closet space.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and even a wine fridge — as well as all the cookware you will need to prepare a traditional French meal at home.
The open dining and living area, just off the kitchen, is furnished with a designer dining table and couch as well as a large flat screen TV with Bose sound system and cable channels. In addition, each bedroom also has a flat screen TV and cable channels.
The bathroom, also remodeled in modern style, offers a large Italian style shower and a combination washer / dryer.
The separate toilet is located at the entrance to the apartment.
