While nestled on Rue Guenegaud in the bustling St. Germain des Pres neighborhood, this Paris vacation rental provides a quiet retreat with all the comfort to experience Paris in great conditions.
The apartment opens up to a small entrance: on the left, looking onto rue Guenegaud through 3 very high windows is first the living-dining area: a kitchen area fully equipped with the usual suspects, a living area with a very large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table and an oversized 71 inches TV.
The dining area with a rectangle table sitting up to 8 guests.
The Master bedroom with a queen size bed is looking onto rue Guenegaud through one very high window.
Returning to the entrance and facing it, is a bathroom with a combination tub/shower and 2 washbasin.
Then, a WC and washbasin leading to a very small room with washer and dryer.
On the right after the entrance is the second bedroom looking onto a garden: well organized with a pull-up trundle bed which can make 2 singles. There is also on top a mezzanine accessible through a steep wooden ladder with a single mattress. Ensuite bathroom with shower (rain shower and hand-held), washbasin and WC.
The apartment is extremely quiet despite looking on the side into the street and very bright.

Perfect Paris Apartment

This apartment in St. Germaine was the perfect home base for our family of four. It was clean, light-filled and spacious, and within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was filled with shops, galleries and an abundance of restaurants - so much to explore we barely scratched the surface. What's more, the staff at Paris for Rent arranged transportation to the airport and Versailles, tours and even grocery delivery. A great experience in every way.
