The living room offers a spacious lounge TV area for 9, a separate study, and adjacent private salon. The bright and fully equipped kitchen has seating for 10 guests and a separate laundry room off to the side.
All windows on this level have a step-on balcony with southwest exposure, facing rooftops and sky views.
A detached WC with wash bassin is located next to the living room at the bottom to the stairs.
