Our Paris Bastille apartment is all about the charm of living in an authentic neighborhood that is central but lesser known to tourists and minutes to famous sites.

The apartment is filled with natural light and ideally designed for a couple. The lounge area can entertain 4 to 6 guests with a step on balcony that offers bistro dining with a sweet glance into the Paris skylight. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a large closet and it’s own balcony with seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate basic home cooking and the bathroom which is off to the side has a modern stand up shower, sink with storage and WC.
The immediate neighborhood is guaranteed to feed the curiosity of 3rd kind travelers. Starting with the famous outdoor / indoor market 'Marché d’Aligre' 3mn away and truly a dreamland for foodies! You can find everything there, from food to flowers to clothes and small antiques…and even bargain! For guests who want to stretch out, jog or take a long Paris walk thru greenery, the 'Coulée Verte' or 'Promenade Plantée' is 5mn away - It is an extensive 3 mile green belt that follows the old Vincennes railway line - By it's most western tip ending at the Bastille, the parkway rises 10 meters above the surrounding area and forms the overpass 'Viaduc des Arts' over a line of shops featuring high quality and expensive arts & crafts.
A bit further but very accessible on foot one can reach the Gare de Lyon train station, the fun and touristy Marais district, Place de la Bastille, Ile St Louis island and Notre Dame cathedral.

The living room offers comfortable seating for 4, a wide coffee table, desk corner and a queen sleeper sofa.
The large french window opens up to a balcony with a bistro table and chairs for 2 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and everything you need to cook-in.
Located in the kitchen as well is a washer with separate dryer for laundry.
Bed and Bath
The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 nightstand tables with reading lights.
There is plenty of storage space in the floor to ceiling closets.
The large window opens onto the balcony with bistro chair seating and rooftops views.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink w/ storage in the cabinet below.
The toilet is in a separate half bath with sink.

To its west lies the trendy and popular Marais neighborhood. To its east, a true Parisian neighborhood with the Marché d'Aligre (one of the best markets in the city); the Gare de Lyon that houses an exquisitely ornate restaurant, "Le Train Bleu," and connects Paris to southern France and beyond; and the Viaduc des Arts, a rehabilitated elevated railway with the verdant Promenade Plantée / Coulée Verte above, and cafés and shops below.
