Situated on the second floor of a classic Parisian building, this two-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged.

In the main salon you will find a comfortable living space with couch, chaise lounge, and side chair brought together by a large area rug. This room also features white exposed beams, hardwood floors, and three large windows.

In the dining area of the salon, you will find a large table with seating for six atop a lovely area rug. Sitting before a decorative stone fireplace, diners can enjoy the window view as they eat. The salon’s open floor plan also includes a small office area, with nearby bookshelf.

The kitchen features a wrap-around bar that opens out to the salon. The well-equipped kitchen blends nicely with the salon with its use of woods and grey tones. Recently renovated, the kitchen appliances are sleek and new.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with large headboard, wood floors, and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a free standing claw foot bathtub, dual washbasins, and a spaciousness enhanced by two curtained windows.

The second bedroom features a full-size bed, large window, and wall-mounted television. The second bathroom has a lovely stone-floored shower, washbasin, and towel warmer. Detached WC for privacy and convenience.

As we had hoped from a Parisian apartment!

"As advertised and as we had hoped from a Parisian apartment. Lots of room, we had cocktails for 8 quite comfortably. Close to a lively little area - eating, groceries, shops and the Metro. Only drawback was a very small detached toilet - separate from the other 2 very nice bathrooms. Would definitely recommend."

Tennis French Open in Paris with Paris For Rent: Bliss, adventure, and activity!

"WE LOVED OUR PARIS TRIP FOR THE TENNIS FRENCH OPEN. EVERY MOMENT WAS FILLED WITH ADVENTURE AND ACTIVITY.
THE APARTMENT WAS WONDERFUL. IT WAS SO CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING AND ESPECIALLY TO THE SUBWAY LINES THAT WE TOOK EVERYWHERE. WE EVEN GOT TO THE FRENCH OPEN WHICH WAS A REAL TREAT FOR MY GRANDSON WHO IS AN AVID TENNIS PLAYER.
WE ARE BACK HOME NOW AND IN THE NEW YORK MOUNTAINS WHERE WE PLAN TO PLAY A FEW DAYS OF GOLF.
