On the entry level, the salon has two double windows with patterned curtains, exposed wooden ceiling beams, chandelier, decorative fireplace, and well-chosen furnishings throughout. The glass-topped dining table sits before an original painting and provides ample seating for guests.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen displays an array of hammered copper pots, granite countertops, and a leaded glass header above the pass-through.
