Wake to the sound of church bells tolling from the Eglise Saint Jean in this two and a half bedroom, two bathroom apartment rental in Paris. The unit is located in the rear of the building, accessed via two lovely courtyards, and has double-paned widows to ensure peace and tranquility.

The main salon, set on the diagonal, features two large widows lined with silk drapes and opens onto a green courtyard. The centerpiece of the room is the decorative fireplace with antique wood mantel from the south of France. The room also provides a comfortable couch with down-wrapped cushions, large area rug, oversized Bergére chair, fully reclining leather club chair, and an antique game table with extra seating that can be repositioned as needed within the room.

The dining room has a large glass-topped table resting on a stone pedestal base with seating for eight. Lighted niches with glass shelves and a curtained widow provide views for diners.

Separated from the dining area by a granite table bar, the gallery style kitchen has all new appliances and is well equipped. This kitchen features a coffee and espresso maker with milk steamer, tiled backsplash, small window, and lovely mural of the Eifel Tower in spring.

An antique French queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress is the centerpiece of the master bedroom. Color coordinated quality bedding with duvet and a 19th century country French armoire compliment the ornate headboard. The en suite master bathroom has a deep bathtub with glass shower doors, large oval washbasin, walls of cool celadon, towel warmer, and WC.

The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with quality bedding, a clothing valet, and dresser. An en suite bathroom includes bathtub, shower, washbasin, and WC. Attached is an additional room with custom-built Murphy double bed, lighted vanity, side chair, closet, and drawer space.

Please note: the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, nor is it suited for guests with walking disabilities. It is ten steps down from the elevator.

It is also not suitable for children under the age of 12.
