Ultra-luxury 2-BR Apartment

Trocadero Palace is one of the prettiest Haussmanian buildings and this fourth floor apartment has been renovated to reflect the building’s high-end pedigree. Filled with antiques from the 18th through the 20th centuries, this apartment also has two marble bathrooms, antique flooring, and a wrought-iron balcony with spectacular views.

The main salon has been beautifully restored to highlight every detail of this stately room. The ornately carved decorative fireplace displays two marble statues and sits below an original oil painting in a gilded frame, which is double framed by the guiled detail on the wall. The double French windows with ornate curtains and the large chandelier light the room, while the antique furnishings, couch, and side chairs provide useable elegance.

A more casual study provides a wrought-iron writing desk that sits before a curtained bay window, a comfortable side chair and couch, a large area rug, and several oil paintings in gilded frames as well as an antique bureau. The couch converts to a sofa bed for an additional guest.

The kitchen and dining areas are combined and allow for an intimate cooking and dining experience. The wood table has seating for up to six, and diners will enjoy a widow view, wrought iron lighting, and parquet floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and is done in the classic French style with an ornately designed hood above the stove.

In the master bedroom you will find a queen-size bed, a grand mirror above a decorative fireplace, a sitting area in front of a large curtained window, antique furnishings, and original oil paintings. The en suite bathroom has marble floors and walls, with bathtub, shower, washbasin, and WC.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, lush textiles above the bed and surrounding the large windows, and simple antique furnishings. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with marble floors and walls, and has a shower, washbasin, and WC. The apartment also has an additional WC with washbasin.

The apartment building is on a private gated street, with available parking. It has a beautiful, large entry hall with an iron and stone staircase, plus elevator.
