The grand living room with its 15-foot ceilings and Baroque fireplace are awe inspiring and complimented by golden honey-colored parquet floors. This lovely vacation rental shines. The living room has glass tables that seem to float above the floors, while sofas surround the fireplace – all this with postcard perfect views of Paris. This room lacks nothing in the way of multi-media. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV with Wifi Internet so you can stay connected. One of the sofas in this configuration opens to a queen bed for additional guests.

A beautiful glass dining table near the windows offers just the spot from which to see privileged and glorious views of Paris while you dine with friends, do a little reading, or just relax.

The open plan kitchen has beige Italian marble surfaces, modern low profile cabinetry disappears into the background while the hexagonal floor tiles take center stage. Modern stainless steel appliances make cooking in this lovely kitchen a pleasure. A marble table for four, by the window, offers this eat-in kitchen a quiet view of the courtyard, a lovely perch for morning coffee and the paper. All the appliances are full sized, so you can cook with all the comfort and conveniences of home.

The master bedroom with king-size bed, overlooks a serene Parisian courtyard, a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rich wood paneling and honey-toned floors make this master a cocoon of warmth and sophistication. The second bedroom is sun-filled and cheery, also faces the courtyard, and has two single beds, ample closet space and a separate bath. The master and second bedrooms are equipped with A/C.

Both bathrooms in this lovely flat spare nothing in the way of fine living. The first has a WC, bidet, washbasin and a deep tub for long soaks, all surrounded by fine Italian marble. The second bathroom has a walk-in jet shower, with Italian tile surround. A glass basin hovers dramatically and adds style to this elegant second bathroom.

The combination of prime location and superb amenities makes St. Germain Concorde the vacation rental you’ll never forget, for the trip of a lifetime.

“Fantastic view with outstanding space”

Spent five weeks in the apartment. Overlooks the river but has great views onto the Place de Concorde as well as up and down the Seine. The metro is just 1 block away. Some street noise when the windows are open, but when closed is quiet. Bathrooms are relatively roomy. Bedrooms are quiet as face inner courtyard Kitchen outstandingly well equiped. Nice "comfortable" feel -- not overly fussy. Outstanding parquet floors in living/dining.....experience the true Parisian lifestyle.

“Fabulous!”

We rented this apartment for one week in mid-June. All communication before our arrival was extremely helpful and professional. The rental agency in California arranged for car pickup at the airport -- the driver then coordinated with the rental team in Paris to meet us at the apartment upon arrival on Sunday morning. It unfolded like clockwork. The apartment is a great size for our family of 4. The location is amazing. And the view is stunning -- overlooking the Seine with clear views of Paris all the way to Montmartre and beyond. The apartment is equipped with newer washer/dryer and dishwasher. The building elevator is small but works fine -- very old school and quite charming. Wonderful restaurants located in walking distance. We would highly recommend Le Concorde for breakfast and Le Voltaire and Le Bistro de Paris for dinner. The Assemble Nationale Metro stop is an easy walk. Shopping for food is convenient enough at the Monoprix and other smaller shops along Rue du Bac. And one can walk to Musee d'Orsay, Le Louvre, and Le Grand Palais with ease. My only critique (which could easily be addressed by the rental agency) is to provide more bath towels. We were given one full-size towel per person. Even with the washer/dryer it would have been helpful to have two bath towels each. But that's a small detail indeed.

“Perfectly located vacation apartment!”

My husband and I spent a fantastic week at this apartment. It's a lovely apartment with a great view of the Seine, Tuileries, Orangerie and the Louvre. The Musee d'Orsay is one block away. The apartment is perfectly located for sightseeing, with lots of sights within a 20 minute walk and at least three Metro stops within a 5 minute walk. There are bus stops and a water taxi spot just outside the door. The living/dining room is large and has tall windows that open. master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms: one with toilet, sink and a large walk in shower which had wonderful water pressure. The other bathroom has toilet, bidet and a tub with hand held shower. The kitchen is nicely-sized and has been remodeled with granite countertops and high-end appliances. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer. I was also grateful that the apartment really was nonsmoking, the company provided hypoallergenic bedding on request and that the AC (in bedrooms only) worked well. The rental company was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend both the apartment and the company. Be aware that the street has quite a lot of traffic noise. This did not bother us at all since the bedrooms faced the courtyards.
