Deluxe 1 Bedroom in St Germain 6

This spacious one bedroom pairs classic French features with contemporary design, accented by tall ceilings and huge floor-to-ceiling windows.

The double living room sits below original 17th century exposed beams and offers ample, comfortable seating for entertaining or relaxing. On one side of the room, you’ll find a decorative stone fireplace and writing desk. On the other side, a large entertainment center with flat screen television. All with well matched modern décor.

The galley kitchen features custom appliances, including a built-in stove and dishwasher, and light wood countertops and cabinets throughout. Tile floors, recessed lighting, and a large window make this room bright and comfortable, with marble café table for two.

The bedroom’s European king-size Tempur-Pedic bed sits below exposed beams and across from still more windows, these with courtyard view. Store your belongings in the extra large closets and enjoy the view!

The en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and tiled shower with fixed and handheld wand. Dual washbasins and towel warmer add convenient touches to this room.
Separate WC is located by the entrance.

A true gem of a rental flat!

“Gem” accurately describes the apt. Approx 90 sq meters, with large kitchen and living room plus washer-dryer. Excellent location including outstanding French and ethnic restaurants literally a few meters from the apt. There is also a terrific oyster bar on Rue Dauphine, Bar a Huitres. The #4 Metro/Odeon stop connects with all of Paris and Rue Dauphine dead ends into Pont Neuf and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Also, the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter is only 10 minutes walk from the apt along Blvd Saint Germain. The Paris for Rent/Haven In team are first class and available for tour and museum and restaurant recommendations. They recommended Carylis, a private car chauffeur service which was excellent for airport pick up and drop off. Five Stars!

Very spacious quiet apartment with a nice feel and amenities

We had a wonderful stay, location was fantastic. Just steps to the Seine river, very reasonable walking and train opportunities. Plenty of restaurants and bistros in the area. Very spacious quiet apartment with a nice feel and amenities. World Cup activity was all around and we did not hear much at all. No A/C but air provided was sufficient for 30- degree plus days. Bath/ shower is a little strange behind the bedroom but really not a negative factor. It is up two small set of steps so again not really a problem. The team was very helpful before and during our stay.
