What better location to be in Paris than in a vacation rental apartment with a front row view over a famous monument and a huge pedestrian esplanade? Welcome to Rivoli Garden, an incredibly central and light filled Paris home with a colorful decor and warm feeling throughout.

The main living area has a wide open floor plan with a large size sofa in the lounging corner and dining table with open bar for 4 to 6 guests. Natural light comes in thru 5 double paned french windows with a direct look out over the Mandela Gardens and the church of St Eustache. The street below is incredibly lively with cafes, restaurants, shops and 2 local supermarkets within minutes of your front door.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite access to the bathroom. The guest bedroom which is off the main living area has a conformable double size pullout bed for 2 guests and a little closet for luggage and clothes.

The kitchen is in the back of the apartment - It is fully equipped for any type of meals and offers seating for 4. The spacious bathroom by Paris standards is directly across - It has a full size tub, a brand new shower enclosed in glass, a sink and washer dryer machines for laundry.

Your immediate neighborhood is the buzzing Paris right bank, minutes to the Pont Neuf bridge, Louvre museum, Pompidou center and more. Our Rivoli Garden apartment is a welcoming Paris family home ideal for visitors who want to be in the heart of the action with the convenience of Parisian living at their doorstep!

Awesome! Lots of light from the multiple windows, luxurious bath, large kitchen!

"The apartment was beautiful- lost and lots of light from the multiple windows. It’s also very large- two separate bedrooms, a luxurious bath with modern rain shower and big soaking tub, and a huge kitchen (for Paris) that has anything you might need for cooking up your market haul. The apartment is noisy, however- there are at least 5 cafes on the corner and from lunch onward there is a constant hum of conversation. We became very accustomed to the sound and at night when it was a bit more raucous we shut the windows and turned on the fans, popped in earphones, and you could hardly notice. You are in a great spot as far as location- Les Halles right around the corner, La Samaritaine and Pont Neuf a stones throw away. Lots of restaurants nearby and some great recommendations from the owner/manager. La Dame de Pic was especially noteworthy. All in all we loved the space."
