Finding a vacation rental apartment in the famous Left Bank / St Germain 6th is the ultimate dream for most Paris visitors. Yet, within the St Germain neighborhood itself one should distinguish between the touristy upper St Germain which stretches north from the Boulevard to the river banks, and the more local & authentic lower St Germain which stretches from St Sulpice church to the southern edge of the Luxembourg Gardens.

Our brand new St Germain Vavin 3 bedroom apartment is in Montparnasse, to the South of St Germain, an area buzzing with a Parisian local ambiance, countless cafés and famous restaurants La Coupole and Le Select at your doorstep. There is fun shopping everywhere, on small side streets boutique style or on larger avenues like Rue de Rennes. The Boulevard Raspail open air market 3 times a week is not to be missed. For nature lovers and seekers of a green scenery in Paris most famous central park, access from the apartment to the Luxembourg Gardens is a 5 minute walk!

The living/dining area is bright, spacious and inviting with a wide open floor plan - The lounge/TV corner is well designed for 6, the casual dining table and designer kitchen counter can accommodate 8 guests when combined. The decor is light and colorful throughout w/ natural light flowing thru three large french windows (double paned) - Open any of them and you will experience an immediate plunge into the Parisian street life below!

The 3 bedrooms and baths are down the hall, each one facing the quiet inner court side. The master is the largest with a king size bed and designer private ensuite bathroom. The other 2 guest bedrooms have a queen and double bed respectively - they share the 2nd bath and a detached guest WC.
The apartment has wifi throughout and a laundry closet in the back kitchen with washer / separate dryer.

Excellent Rick Steves suggestion!

We rented a three bedroom in Vavin area and for myself husband , son and granddaughter we had just the best time. We over looked the La Copola restaurant that we ate at twice because it was so fantastic and the neon lights on the building were so Paris. We at Italian, Asian and French and everything was so good.. Once we learned the Metro we could go any where in Paris from three different Metro stations. This company that was suggested by Rick Steves was so wonderful on every level. We even booked transportation to and from the airport, completely on time and also a tour ourtto Versailles. We hope to use this company again in the future! Sang Ae helped us so much in every way!
