The posh 16th district of Paris has long been known as the residence for french high society, famous for it’s monuments, museums, large avenues, prestigious schools and beautiful parks.

Our brand new Avenue Kleber apartment is one such residence of prestige, located in a stand alone Haussmanian building minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and the Trocadero. Around the corner down a narrow street filled with small restaurants and commerce of all sorts is the well known Place Victor Hugo, a roundabout concentration of brasseries, fine dining restaurants, bakeries, cafes and specialty food shops.

The apartment is filled with natural light glowing thru large french windows in every room. The living/dining area has a wide open floor plan, a TV lounge corner with a large L-shaped sofa for 6, a second sitting lounge in the center for reading or entertaining guests, a dining table for 8 and a spacious modern kitchen designed for some serious cooking.

The 3 bedrooms are down the long hallway. First to the right is a guest bedroom with 2 single beds, a full size closet and window overlooking the side street. The master bedroom is at the very end, it offers a queen size bed, lots of closet space and a full en-suite bathroom. Last to the left is a second guest bedroom which faces the inner court side - It comes with a queen size bed, shelving space and a full closet. The 2 guest bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There is small laundry room with separate washer/dryer in the hallway and a 3rd WC for visiting guets is found by the entrance.

The master bedroom has ample closet space, a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and WC. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd guest bedroom comes with 2 singles. Both have shelves and closet space. They share a full bathroom with double sinks, shower over tub and WC. The small laundry room in the hallway has a washer and separate dryer - A 3rd WC for visiting guests is located by the front door.
