Coming off the elevator or short flight of stairs, the entrance to the flat leads into a foyer followed by an expansive living room overlooking the street with two large double-glazed windows with inside wooden shutters for additional privacy and insulation. A comfortable red leather corner sofa faces a decorative fireplace, two armchairs and a flat-screen television, comfortably seating 8 guests.

Across the hall from the living area is the formal dining room seating 8 guests. The dining area also offers a corner office with printer and office supplies.

A guest bathroom is available with a toilet and sink.

Down the hall, the small and well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities you've come to expect of an elegant Paris apartment: a dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. The kitchen door can be closed and is adjacent to a charming breakfast nook comportable enough for 4 guests. Both rooms have a window to the outside.

Further down, the hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen-size bed, an armchair, a decorative fireplace, and lots of storage. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower stall, double sinks, towel warmers, and a toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk area, a decorative fireplace, and ample storage as well. The adjoining bathroom has a combination tub/shower, a sink, towel warmer, and a toilet.

Spacious, modern, and beautiful home!

The apartment is located in a perfect spot for us, the heart of the left-bank gallery district, a few blocks away from the Seine river, Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre. The street itself is quiet but just a few minutes from several lively areas with shops and restaurants and super-easy access to several metros. It is an extremely spacious apartment for a 2-bedroom, and very well laid-out. Both bathrooms have been renovated and are fully modern and beautiful. The appliances in the kitchen and the washer/dryer are all new and work quite well. It was a perfect fit for us and we'd happily rent it again for any future Paris stay. Important to mention: we've rented many apartments through Haven In & Paris for Rent, and have found the team exceptional, from rental agents who honestly describe the exact condition of each apartment so you can pick and choose what is right for you, to the staff that greets you on the ground, who are warm and professional and a true pleasure to deal with.
