Ivan, Guillaume or Raymond are always ready to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Choose the easy way and have a personal chauffeur at your disposal at your arrival.

With their fleet of Mercedes cars (Class S and Viano), our English speaking chauffeurs are always on-time.
Not only do they know in advance how many members are in your party, they also know which apartment to drive you to and will coordinate your check-in with your greeter.

Upon request, we can even have staff members greet you at the aircraft door and guide you to the airport exit. Your passage through security checkpoints and through the baggage delivery area is facilitated.

Our greeters are full-time employees, not occasional contractors. They know each apartment by heart and will come in advance to ensure that your place is perfectly ready for your arrival.

Because we know jet-lag is often tough after an overseas trip, we won’t make the check-in a long process. Should any question remain unanswered, we are only a phone call away.

24/7 Guest Assistance

Whether you want to make a special reservation or need help with a problem, our prompt and professional personnel are available for you 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Our cleaning program is the centerpiece of our service offerings. Our comprehensive, all encompassing cleaning service has been specially designed to meet the high standards of the vacation rental industry.
Between each booking, apartments are meticulously cleaned, including top down dusting, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, kitchen, etc.

Whether or not you have special needs, we never allow smoking or pets in our apartments.

Starter kit of supplies

In each bathroom you’ll find an assortment of L’Occitane™ products (Shampoo; Conditioner; Soap & Shower Gel) for your enjoyment.

Do you need your morning coffee fix? You’ll find in each property a Nespresso™ machine, along with coffee pods of different kinds.
