Highlights are: 1) newly renovated so everything is modern and designed to match the tranquility of the outside garden that is easily seen thru all the floor to ceiling windows. When you return from the busy, bustling world of Paris and enter the peaceful beauty of the garden with the only sound being the lovely fountain that welcomes you home.
2) the location is perfect for walking everywhere in central Paris with Rue de Bac being just minutes away with wonderful stores, cafes, and world renown restaurants, like L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Le Voltaire.
3) the Paris For Rent staff welcomes you and makes sure all is working perfectly in the apartment. They are always available to assist you, answer any questions, and give you local recommendations. We only stay in the apartments they manage because of the excellent and professional service.
4) Last and very important is the quiet atmosphere and very comfortable furniture, especially bed in the master bedroom. We look forward to returning next year!!

"We had an excellent experience staying at the St. Germain Garden apartment. It is in an excellent location full of restaurants and shops, but has a feeling of privacy as it faces an inner garden. It is quiet and has beautiful light.
The beds are very comfortable and all sheets and towels are of the highest quality. The apartment is modern, convenient and very clean. It had everything we needed. In addition, the team at Paris For Rent was extremely attentive and accommodating.

Centrally located and safe. What a fabulous place to stay!5    

"Wow, what a fabulous place to stay! My husband, 8-year-old son, and I could not have been more thrilled with this apartment. It was centrally located in a safe neighborhood where we could easily get around on foot or via the bus/metro lines. It was close to all of the monuments, but not right on top of them.
The apartment itself was gorgeous. We had a fully functional kitchen (and a grocery store just a few blocks away), a washer and dryer (so convenient!), a nice living area and dining area to relax, a bookshelf to divide off the first comfortable queen size bed, then a separate bedroom with another comfy bed. One large bathroom (sink/bidet/tub) and two separate half-baths.
It was more than we could have hoped for. The apartment was recently renovated with very nice finishes, and had a LOT of storage (closets to hang clothing + drawers and shelves), and space to move around. We were there in the summer and it stayed really cool inside the apartment, even with no A/C. It overlooks a quiet courtyard with trees & grass. Situated at the back of the building, it is extremely quiet.
There is an elevator to the unit, which is very nice after a long day of walking. Also, the unit was light-filled from tall windows. It was so incredibly serene, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"St. Germain Garden was just as presented in the photos. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comfortable in all ways. The large garden buffers all noise from the city, and the location is ideal (a two minute walk from Blvd. St. Germain, close to metro, upscale shopping in surrounding streets). We will likely stay there again. This is the second apartment we've rented from Paris for Rent, and the service they provide is exceptional. The staff is professional and highly accommodating. Communication was excellent. Anything needed was provided. Without question we will rent from them again."

"We had a splendid stay at St Germain Garden. We especially liked the quiet of the garden location, and the spacious accommodations were perfect for three. It was very nice to have bath, dishwashing and clothes washing soap provided for us. We found the kitchen compact but perfectly equipped for one cook at a time.
One suggestion would be to provide a list of the nearby bakeries and their open and closing days since these are essential to life in Paris and sometimes located in out of the way places.
Highly recommended and we would be more than happy to return some day."

"This lovely place exceeded our high expectations. Set in a beautiful building on a quiet street, with a view onto a lovely enclosed garden, this place gave us the feeling of being residents of Paris, rather than tourists. The apartment is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, all of the appliances and systems worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Perhaps even more impressive than the apartment itself was the service from Paris for Rent. Patrick and his team made the whole experience painless. Though our flight was delayed by more than four hours, our car was waiting at the airport, and the Paris for Rent realtor met us on the street at the apartment. Though the delay must have caused her some measure of inconvenience, she took her time, and was truly lovely in the way she showed us the place, explaining how everything worked, and showing us on a map where we could find the closest supermarkets and Metro stations. We so appreciated that level of care after the frustrating trip over. Truly, both the apartment and the service were top notch. We have already been in touch with Patrick about scheduling our next trip.

Absolutely divine!5    

"We visit Paris regularly and have stayed in several apartments in St Germain (our area of choice) but none as lovely as this garden apartment.
The apartment is even more appealing and luxurious than the photos indicate: it is very spacious, light (even in the depths of winter), beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. The large garden is delightful and would be even more enjoyable in spring and summer. The two separate toilets, both with hand basins, were very convenient when my nephew stayed with us for a few days. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious (for a Paris apartment) and although we ate out every night it would have been very easy to prepare dinner.
The location is superb: it is a short walk to two Metro stations, a large Monoprix supermarket, our favorite patisseries, cafes and bars, Le Bon Marche (plus La Grande Epicerie of course) and far too many designer shops. It is also a very easy walk to many tourist attractions. We were initially concerned that being opposite SciencesPo it would be noisy but in fact it is set well away from the street and extremely quiet.
As previously experienced, Paris For Rent were very professional (both the reservation and on-ground teams) and accommodating of our last minute change of dates. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! I’ve already recommended it to friends who will be visiting later in the year. It’s absolutely divine, way beyond what we expected and it will be our first choice for future holidays in Paris.
