Perfect location and amazing support team5    

Paris locations don't get any better than this! 5 minutes to the Louvre; 10 minutes to the Pompidou Center; 2 minutes to the Bourse de Commerce! Louvre Charm is the perfect pied a terre. Everything you could need is there and the Paris team is amazingly responsive. Felt right at home!

Fabulous Louvre rental!5    

Best location, all the amenities , Cozy and comfortable apartment with lots of storage. This was my second stay there and I’d go back any time. Sofa bed in living room for my granddaughter and bedroom for me. Only limit is that you will need to be able to climb curving stairs to get to the apartment I give this place 5+ stars!

Modern flat and convenient location5    

The apartement is well located near the Louvre, La Samaritaine and many other beautiful venues in a quiet street. It’s completely remodeled. Check in was easy. When we arrived we were welcomed with croissants and coffee. Pat was very collaborative and provided everything we requested . Excellent communication.

Lively neighborhood, quiet apartment. Perfect stay!5    

We stayed with Patris For Rent for 2 months. The apartment is beautiful, full of charm, completely refurbished and very clean. It is extremely well located, a few steps from the Louvre, the Comédie Française, the Bourse de Commerce, the Jardin du Palais Royal... The neighborhood is also very lively with lots of small shops, cafés, restaurants but the street is very quiet and the room overlooks the courtyard. In short, an ideal Parisian pied-à-terre. We'll be happy to go back!
