This modern, cozy, charming one-bedroom apartment sits in a quiet block connecting rue du Louvre and rue Saint-Honoré, a stone's throw from Saint-Eustache church and the brand new Pinault Museum in the Bourse de Commerce. The street and surrounding neighborhood offer lots of food shopping options. The Seine river, Pont-Neuf, Ile de la Cité, Louvre museum, rue Saint-Honoré, and trendy Montorgueil district are all within a short walking distance.

Louvre Charm is accessed via a classic, heavy wooden door nestled between a quiet restaurant and an art gallery. The apartment sits on the second floor of a well-maintained, newly renovated building with a lovely burnished wooden staircase but no elevator. With a surface of 435 square feet (40+ m2), the apartment is elegant, cozy and compact with a smart use of space to optimize volumes, airflow, and light.

The apartment has been fully redesigned in January 2020, bringing together the charm of a traditional Parisian interior with all the modern comfort you've grown accustomed to. Pristine hardwood floors and high ceilings with apparent wood beams throughout give this home an unmistakable elegant Parisian flair.

The entry hallway offers spacious floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets. Past the bedroom and en-suite bathroom, it leads to a comfortable open space including a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living area is lined with two high windows bringing abundant light from the quiet street. Two sofas provide ample sitting for 4 people. Shelving units with a flat-screen TV, an armoire, and a desk complete the furniture and sitting arrangement of the room.

Separating the living room and the kitchen is a marble-top dining table nicely sitting 4 people. The kitchen is modern and efficient, with an electric oven and stovetop, a hood, a dishwasher, plus a washing machine and dryer combo. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the necessary pots, pans, plates and glasses essential for a cozy stay.

The bedroom is a haven of peace with a modern design and comfortable layout, fitted with a queen-size bed, an entire wall of closets, bedside lamps, and built-in shelves. A door separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom offering a freshly tiled open shower area, sink, and toilet.

Great location and good apartment

Great location and very well maintained apartment. The staff really did help to remedy any minor problems we had. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Louvre rental!

Best location, all the amenities , Cozy and comfortable apartment with lots of storage. This was my second stay there and I’d go back any time. Sofa bed in living room for my granddaughter and bedroom for me. Only limit is that you will need to be able to climb curving stairs to get to the apartment I give this place 5+ stars!

Modern flat and convenient location

The apartement is well located near the Louvre, La Samaritaine and many other beautiful venues in a quiet street. It’s completely remodeled. Check in was easy. When we arrived we were welcomed with croissants and coffee. Pat was very collaborative and provided everything we requested . Excellent communication.
