Marais Penthouse Add to Favorites
Exceptional apt w/ million dollar views!

This magnificent penthouse Marais apartment features a spacious rooftop deck above a grand two-story three-bedroom unit. Great views and thoughtful design characterize this unique space.

The first of two levels includes the main salon, dining room, kitchen, and foyer. The exceptional space of the salon is divided into two sitting areas and is enhanced by art deco furnishings and original artwork. The sitting area around the fireplace has four large club chairs and a bright yellow couch, while the area by the bookshelves offers a desk and comfortable couch. Enter the balcony from any place in this room or just enjoy the light and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The kitchen features blonde woods cabinets, high-end appliances, wrap-around counter space, and professional cookware and utensils within a bright and spacious room. An elegant dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a spectacular curved-base art deco table for eight as well as a beautiful hardwood and tile floor. This space can be made more open or more private by adjusting the ceiling-mounted screens.

In the rotund foyer, skylights and accent lighting filter through the perforated metal treads of the spiral stairs, creating light play on the dark walls.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet, and private bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower with marble slab walls, and dual washbasins. The master bedroom also features a charming French Window . Natural light highlights the blonde wood flooring and furnishings as well as the white walls and extra large beige tiles in the bathroom.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed that can be converted into two twin-size beds. Natural light, artwork, deep purple coloring, and a large closet complete this room.

The third bedroom has a single bed, with a tucked away trundle bed for an additional guest. Its wall of built-in cabinetry and desk make this small bedroom very accommodating.

Another bathroom on this floor shares the art deco feel of the apartment and displays two blue glass counter tops with washbasins, a deep bathtub below a bright angled window, tiled walls, and built-in shelves. This floor also has separate WC with washbasin.

The roof deck is accessed through an automated, octagonal portal and provides seating and reclining areas, shade, and a large dining table along with spectacular vistas of Paris.

Excellent penthouse apartment with unique huge rooftop deck

"Excellent penthouse apartment with unique huge rooftop deck, 3 bedrooms (one is small with single twin bed). Well equipped (kitchen, furniture, wifi, linens) and well located, (cafes, restaurants, transport all within a short distance) though we walked all over Paris during our stay. We were met on arrival at apartment by Marie Latecia, who was helpful and friendly. We had no problems or issues while we were there. Highly recommend this agency and this property."

"There is nothing like Paris in June!"

I go to Paris twice yearly on business and always rent an apartment, but this was the first time I stayed in the this unit and rented through Paris For Rent and it was everything the photos showed and more. Samantha greeted us and was friendly and briefed us on the apartment and the area and was just lovely. The apartment was very well appointed and we enjoyed the roof deck both during the afternoons and late evenings to relax. I highly recommend both the rental agency and this property, which is centrally located. We will definitely rental again.
