This spectacular flat overlooks iconic rue de Rivoli and its Art Déco/Art Nouveau department store La Samaritaine. It has been entirely redesigned and remodeled in 2023 with taste, flair, and elegance.

Spacious at 103 m2 (1,120 sq/ft) and bright with its full-length French windows, this posh corner flat is ideally located in the most central neighborhood of Louvre-Rivoli, steps away from famous Louvre museum, the banks of the Seine river, Ile de la Cité, Hôtel de Ville, and the Marais. Crossing the river at Pont-Neuf will take you to the left bank in 5 minutes of a pleasant and postcard-worthy stroll into Left Bank neighborhoods of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Latin Quarter, Musée d'Orsay and Invalides.

From its perch on a 4th floor with elevator, the apartment hovers over the street, offering breathtaking views and tons of light without any of the street noise, blocked by double-paned windows. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and is fully air-conditioned.

The entrance hallway leads into a large living/dining room lined with 5 double French windows flooding the room with light. The lounge area, composed of a sectional couch and 2 armchairs, offers comfortable seating for 6 people. A 55" flat-screen TV completes the relaxing set-up to enjoy international news channels or stream the latest movies.

The colorful dining area has a table for up to 8 guests and lively art on the walls.

Across the hallway, the adjacent kitchen is small, modern, and efficient with the latest appliances including dishwasher, gas stovetop, conventional and microwave ovens, coffeemaker, etc.

Down the hallway, the master bedroom is lined with 2 windows and offers a spacious king-size bed and a desk. It has an en-suite bathroom with a sink, shower stall and a toilet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom.

The apartment has a separate washer and dryer.

This apartment is an absolute dream. It is close to most everything you would want to see in Paris. The apartment is very large and well appointed. It is well-decorated with new appliances and bedding. We absolutely loved it and will stay here next time in Paris.

A large couch set and armchairs faces a large screen TV and 3 large windows. In the same open space, the dining table seats 8 guests comfortably, brightly lit by 2 additional French windows.

The corner flat boasts amazing volumes and light, has period mouldings and hardwood floors along with modern comfort and furniture. It offers central AC, a washer/dryer, elevator access, Nespresso machine, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all modern comfort and amenities you have come to expect.

Bed and Bath

The two bedrooms have large windows and offer comfortable, high-quality king-sized beds. The master bedroom also has a desk.

The bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin, and WC.
