Designer 1.5 BR in the best of Marais!

Our Hotel de Ville designer-decorated vacation rental is ideally located in the center of Paris, a perfect jumping off point for exploring the city by foot. Situated on a charming pedestrian street at the border of the trendy Marais and just steps from the Seine, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom is an excellent choice for couples, friends, or business travelers.

The bright space, which was completely renovated in 2016, combines comfort with stylish whimsy, and maximizes space throughout. The main living area has a small sofa, sitting chair, and window bench. The space is open to a kitchen that is small yet does not sacrifice function, boasting a refrigerator, induction stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a dining table that seats up to six.

Off the living room is the bedroom with a queen-size bed, and decorated in earth tones and with botanic wallpaper design. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with walk-in rainshower, washbasin, heated towel rack, built-in cabinetry, and a WC that is separate and with its own washbasin. Stairs between the bedroom and kitchen lead to an upstairs loft area, a comfortable space with a flat screen TV and a sofa trundle bed (can be set up as one or two single beds), converting this space into a second bedroom if needed.

Great flat, clean, comfortable, and central

We loved our stay at charming Hotel de Ville apartment. We could walk to great restaurants as well as Notre-Dame Cathedral and nearby Metro stations. There are wonderful bakeries and fruit markets nearby. Everything is at your fingertips here. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and it had everything we needed. The layout is great for a couple or three people at the most. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

The flat is immaculate and well furnished

We stayed at this location for the first time for 7 days and highly recommend it. The apartment is immaculate, well furnished and perfect for two people. The property manager, Thomas, was responsive and helpful at all hours. We would do this again!

Fabulous home away from home!

What a fabulous home away from home. We were delighted the moment we walked through the front door. The flat strikes the perfect balance between being right in the heart of the buzz and being a cozy hideaway after a long day wandering Paris. The layout is thoughtful, the aesthetic is on point, and the ambiance warm and welcoming. The HavenIn and Paris For Rent experience is the best we have encountered in many years of travel to Europe. The booking process was efficient, but the real difference came in the level of personalized communication that we received from Emeline, Thomas, and Victoria. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for and confident that should any issues arise, they would be handled courteously, quickly, and professionally. Thank you for an elevated level of service.
