Gorgeous designer 1 BR with views!

Perched high above the heart of Paris sits an oasis of tranquility and light that is Rivoli Rooftops. This one-bedroom designer apartment is an excellent choice for any couple or business traveler who values a central location and delightful views. Entirely remodeled in 2019 and refurnished in 2022, the apartment is on the top floor of a classic Paris building, offering north-facing views of Sacre Coeur, St Eustache, and Paris rooftops.

Stairs at the apartment entrance lead to a functional, modern bathroom, equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Another flight of stairs leads to the main floor, where a wide living space offers views of rooftops and monuments. An open living/dining area - with comfortable lounge seating and a small dining table with seating for four - is furnished with tasteful designer pieces. Slanted cut-out windows throughout the space provide a pleasant breeze through the apartment on hot summer days.

A long hallway lined with floor-to-ceiling closets and exposed wood beams leads to the kitchen equipped with standard modern appliances: refrigerator, coffee machine, electric stove top and oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen has natural light and fresh air from a window opening on an internal courtyard.

The bedroom, off the hallway in between the living room and kitchen, is bright with a large window and exposed wood beam. The queen-sized bed is beautifully framed with a wood headboard and night tables, and guests will enjoy the flat screen TV and ample storage.

At your doorstep is bustling Paris with countless cafés, shops, tourist attractions, and transportation, all within the immediate, largely pedestrian neighborhood. Stay and explore the Right Bank, whether it’s shopping along Rue St Honoré or at Forum des Halles, or spending the day at the Louvre, or strolling through the hip Montorgueil neighborhood - or, cross the famous Pont Neuf to venture into the St Germain neighborhood, just 10 minutes by foot.

The check in process was wonderful. We met Ata at the apartment and he showed us how everything worked and was available for questions. Everyone at this company responds promptly.
