A true gem of a rental flat!5    

“Gem” accurately describes the apt. Approx 90 sq meters, with large kitchen and living room plus washer-dryer. Excellent location including outstanding French and ethnic restaurants literally a few meters from the apt. There is also a terrific oyster bar on Rue Dauphine, Bar a Huitres. The #4 Metro/Odeon stop connects with all of Paris and Rue Dauphine dead ends into Pont Neuf and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Also, the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter is only 10 minutes walk from the apt along Blvd Saint Germain. The Paris for Rent/Haven In team are first class and available for tour and museum and restaurant recommendations. They recommended Carylis, a private car chauffeur service which was excellent for airport pick up and drop off. Five Stars!

Very spacious quiet apartment with a nice feel and amenities5    

We had a wonderful stay, location was fantastic. Just steps to the Seine river, very reasonable walking and train opportunities. Plenty of restaurants and bistros in the area. Very spacious quiet apartment with a nice feel and amenities. World Cup activity was all around and we did not hear much at all. No A/C but air provided was sufficient for 30- degree plus days. Bath/ shower is a little strange behind the bedroom but really not a negative factor. It is up two small set of steps so again not really a problem. The team was very helpful before and during our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped5    

We so enjoyed our stay in Paris! The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped with efficient appliances, and, as you promised, very quiet. Both Leonard and Eleanor were extremely helpful, and the information notebook in the apartment was clear and specific. The airport transportation was fine. It was a pleasure to work with Paris for Rent—very professional and accommodating.

Everything we could wish for and more5    

The rental process was very efficient and friendly. The location is excellent within a few minutes from the metro station and from a wide range of food choices. The apartment is charming and quiet, being situated in the back of a courtyard. We spent ten days in this St-Germain des Prés Gem and we would do it again.
